Our clinic will be adhering to the GCQ guidelines mandated by the government. We are open during the GCQ, however, please take note of the following guidelines:
– A strict “No Mask, No Entry” policy will be enforced in the clinic.
– Your temperature will be taken prior to entering Medical Plaza Makati building.
– Companions are not allowed inside the clinic, except for those patients who are 18 years old and below, and disabled patients. This will prevent overcrowding in the clinic, thus social distancing will be facilitated more efficiently.
– No walk-ins will be allowed at this time. Please set-up an appointment prior to coming to the clinic.
– Pursuant to RA 11332, we will ask all patients to fill up a Health Declaration Form.
– If you’re feeling sick, has cough, colds, fever and difficulty of breathing, please go to the nearest hospital.
